Collin Verfurth recently joined VWG Wealth Management as a Wealth Associate. Collin will provide essential operational support across the VWG team, serving the Client Advisory Team, Client Service Team, and Portfolio Management Team. He will assist wealth advisors throughout the client lifecycle by preparing meeting materials, attending portfolio review meetings, and coordinating follow-up actions such as account openings, money movement, and document preparation.

Collin graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While at school, he was captain for the Virginia Tech Men’s Soccer Team where he revived the school’s history of making the NCAA Tournament. Collin then went on to play professional soccer for the New England Revolution and Loudoun United. In his time with the New England Revolution, he won the Supporter’s Shield and set a record for the best team in MLS regular season history. Following his soccer career, he was a pricing analyst at LMI Consulting, LLC. He is also a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout. In his spare time, he loves to play tennis, golf, and spend time with family/friends.
