Michelle Kuzma Kempf, CFP^®| Wealth Advisor, Partner

Michelle Kuzma Kempf is a Certified Financial Planner^® practitioner and Wealth Advisor with VWG Wealth Management. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2006 and has since been promoted to Partner, joining VWG's Executive Team in 2024. Her focus with the team is in helping to find the most appropriate financial solutions for each individual investor based on their long-term goals and risk tolerance.

Michelle is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, and earned highest honors at Tulane University graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, and was selected to Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Despite studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she completed her dual degree in only three years and then entered directly into Tulane’s MBA program.

Michelle resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Wes and Parker. She remains actively involved in her community as a member and volunteer with the Mint Auxiliary. In her leisure time, Michelle enjoys cooking, traveling, playing mahjong and spending time with her family.
